blocked user's able to ghost ping

if blocked message visibility is turned to ‘hide completely’, they can ghost ping the person who has them blocked.

notice how they have 4 pings, but upon entering the channel, none of those pings show.

imo if you have this turned on, you shouldn’t get pings from blocked users.

They can GET ghost pinged, not ghost ping people. grammatical issue first sentence 😭
