Category Movement bug

this bug causes category movement to be extremely bad.

when all categories are collapsed, category movement is perfect. however, the farther the cursor moves to the right while still holding the category, the worse movement is.

when all categories are open, category movement isn’t the greatest. it’s a tad bit laggy, and hard to between other categories. when the cursor is moved to the right, the movement becomes pretty much unusable.
