Escape doesn't close the "Add a server" dialog

how to reproduce:

1. click the + at the bottom of the server list to open “Add a server”

2. press Escape

3. click inside the dialog and press Escape again

expected: Escape closes the dialog, the same way it closes the Settings modal.

actual: the dialog stays open, and only the X closes it. The dialog also has no role=”dialog” / aria-modal, and keyboard focus isn’t moved into it, so Tab still reaches things behind it. Screen readers don’t announce it as a dialog either. (The settings focus issue is already reported separately; this is a different dialog.)
