Settings re-fetches 2FA, sessions and security log when switching sections

how to reproduce:

1. open dev tools → Network tab, filter to /api/

2. open User Settings

3. click through Account → Security → Privacy & Safety → My Data → Beyond

expected: 2FA status, sessions and security events load once (when the Security section is opened) and are reused while settings stays open.

actual: GET /api/auth/2fa, /api/auth/sessions and /api/auth/security-events were each requested 3 times while clicking through those sections, including sections that don’t show any of that data. /api/media/saved was also fetched twice. Not user-visible, but it’s wasted requests on sensitive auth endpoints and could hit rate limits.
