Spamming reaction results in client-sided duplication

how to get the bug:

  1. find a reaction to a message

    1. spam the reaction

      the displayed count shoots up; console returns 429 on the reaction requests: PUT/DELETE/api/servers/<id>/channels/<id>/messages/<id>/reactions/<emoji>/@me

reaction also comes back after being removed if clicking fast enough.


console shows a 429, too many requests.
