Invisible elevated users in voice channels

Elevated users can join a private voice channel without their presence being shown to regular participants. When the channel is later un-privatized, it appears empty to regular users even though an elevated user is present. All audio from the regular user's call is transferred to the elevated user, but the elevated user's audio is not transferred back, and multiple elevated users may be able to converse among themselves while remaining undetected.

    Allows elevated users to be in a vc without their presence being known.

    1. voice channel is private

    2. someone with elevated privileges joins the call, then un-privates it

    3. the regular user see’s the call as if no one was in there, the call looks empty.

    4. all audio from the normal user’s call is transferred to the elevated users; but the elevated user’s audio is not transferred.

      i’m pretty sure more than one elevated user can be in the call and not have their audio transferred, allowing them to have a conversation while the other person has no clue.
